Focus: HOPE – USA

Focus: HOPE is a recognized civil and human rights nonprofit organization located in Detroit, today one of the poorest cities in the United States. Its mission is to use intelligent and practical action to fight racism, poverty and injustice. The programs include a food program for eligible mothers, children and senior citizens; education and training in information technology, manufacturing and engineering; community arts programs; community and economic development initiatives; a manufacturing operation; children's day care and education, conference facilities and volunteer and outreach activities.

Over a lengthy period of time, a team of consultants from our Detroit office helped the social organization with a detailed strategic plan. This led to a significant reduction in their own manufacturing operation expenses and helped them sharpen the focus of their training efforts.
