Management

Corporate responsibility has to be incorporated into the entire organization and must infuse the corporate culture. To foster this understanding, CEO Burkhard Schwenker initiated a Corporate Responsibility Council. This body is headed by him and includes four members from diverse functions throughout the organization. They meet on a regular basis to make strategic decisions, determine action fields, adopt targets and approve actions for implementation.
