That savings potential often goes unnoticed in purchasing is nothing new. However, there are new ways of leveraging this potential.

With our approach to systematic product group management, we have developed over 40 levers and tools that can be applied to identify and exploit savings potential. The tool has regularly generated average annual savings of 8% to 30%.
