Nadezhda Larina

Nadezhda Larina has 6 years of experience in consulting mining and metals companies, both in audit and management consulting contexts. She has worked with the largest mining and metals companies in CIS as well as international producers on market and product strategies, business process reengineering, operating performance and production efficiency improvement.

Nadezhda Larina joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2005, where she has supported clients in the steel, non-ferrous, automotive and engineered products industries. She is a certified IFRS auditor (ACCA) and a lecturer at the State University of Management in Moscow.

Together with the CIS Managing Partner, she heads our Metals and Mining Practice Group in Russia and Ukraine.
