Pierre-Olivier Desmurs

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris, Pierre-Olivier Desmurs has been a consultant for more than 16 years, 8 of which he has spent as a management consultant. Pierre-Olivier began his career in the internal audit and consulting team of a major IT manufacturer and IS services provider. He then switched to a French railways operator where he worked as Marketing Manager and then Sales Director. He began his consulting career with a top European consulting firm in 1999.

He joined Roland Berger in 2007 where he specializes in the rail industry and marketing. Pierre-Olivier supports major firms in defining their strategies and successfully managing their transformations.
