Alfredo Arpaia
Alfredo Arpaia holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from Italy's the University of Naples Federico II. After finishing his MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management (NL) and the University of Michigan (USA), he started his career in executive management consulting. In his more than 10 years in the industry, he has focused primarily on Italian and other European telecommunication players.
In addition to the telecom sector, Alfredo Arpaia is a cross-industry expert in customer relationship management (marketing, sales and customer care issues).
He joined Roland Berger's Milan office in 2007 to work for the international InfoCom Competence Center.
